  DSC03497.JPG  Under the car we took out the "tie down" bars and replaced with square 3/8 steel to reinforce the front frame  We had to drop the Independent Suspension frame over an inch to accommodate dropping the engine down and moving it forward. Here you can see how we added the engine mount gussets for added strength.   A good shot of the front suspension bar and the major re-work done to help the oil pan and steering rack to clear.  A good shot looking up under the front nose of the car.  She's back from the paint booth.   Just off the trailer and ready to start undercarriage assembly  Paint still needs wet sanding and buffing.
